This Privacy Policy explains how Osiyos Inc. ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with Lashon, our AI-powered Hebrew writing toolkit for Microsoft Word (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account & purchase data: your email address and subscription/license details. Payment information is collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — we do not store your full payment card details.
• Text you submit: when you use the Service, the Hebrew text you select is sent to our servers and to our AI provider to generate suggestions or rewrites. We do not retain the content of your documents for any purpose beyond producing your result, and content logging is off by default.
• Usage data: basic technical and usage information (such as feature usage and error events) used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, process subscriptions, validate license keys, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, including:

• Paddle — payment processing and billing (Merchant of Record).
• Anthropic — the AI provider that generates writing suggestions and rewrites.
• Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting, license validation, and software delivery.

4. Data retention

We retain account and subscription records for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Submitted document text is processed transiently to return your result and is not stored by default.

We take reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.
