Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lashon, an AI-powered Hebrew writing toolkit for Microsoft Word (the "Service"), operated by Osiyos Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Lashon is a desktop application that integrates with Microsoft Word and uses artificial intelligence to suggest Hebrew writing alternatives and to rewrite selected text. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Accounts and license keys

Access to the Service requires a valid license key tied to your subscription. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential and for all activity under your subscription. License keys are for individual use and may not be shared or resold.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and reseller

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription. Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and related customer inquiries. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer, circumvent license controls, resell access, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Content and AI output

You retain ownership of the text you submit to and receive from the Service. Because output is generated by AI, it may contain errors or inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and approving any output before relying on it.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osiyos Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
