Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Lashon. This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the Lashon service operated by Osiyos Inc.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact us at office@osiyos.us with your order details and we will arrange the refund.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has begun, except where required by law. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.

3. How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
