The free trial is your risk-free window

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no payment method required. You don't enter a card, so there is nothing that can be charged and nothing you have to remember to cancel. Use Reword on your own writing, and if it's not for you, simply walk away.

After the trial

When the 14 days end, Reword stops working until you choose to subscribe — you are never charged automatically. If you do subscribe, it's $19.99 at that moment and monthly after that. Monthly payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop all future charges — and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How to cancel

Open your lashon dashboard and choose Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't retroactively refund a month that has already started.

Exceptions

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Where the law requires it — for example certain consumer-protection rules — Paddle may issue a refund regardless of the policy above.
